What are the payment options?Online We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe on our website. By Phone You can also call to make your reservation. We are able to process payments for Visa and Mastercard for phone reservations. Our hours of operations are 10 am to 9 pm EST from Monday to Sunday.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation Policy A full refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, less a fee of $50. If the reservation is canceled less than 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the total reservation charge willl be refunded. No credit or discount will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or other services otherwise missed.

Do I need to pay a Security Deposit?Yes, a security deposit of $750.00 is required. The deposit will be taken one day before arrival on the same card as payment. The deposit will be returned 7 days after departure, less any fees, damages, or unpaid long-distance calls. In the event any damages exceed the $750.00 deposit, the balance will be taken from the credit card on file.

Can I smoke in the building?No, smoking is not allowed in any of the units. No exceptions. Smoking is also prohibited within a 9-meters radius from any door, window capable of being opened, and home air intake system. Offenders will be fined $100.00

Do I need to sign any documents?Yes. Provincial regulations require us to have a signed copy of the rental agreement in place place prior to check-in. After completing the booking you will receive an email and be required to fill out and sign the document to complete your reservation. To confirm your identity, you will also need to provide a copy of your driver's licence.
